The actors are in position, the camera is rolling and the shoot starts... But what else is needed? How does one make a film? In separate modules, the different stages of a professional film production will be explained and learned, benefiting even amateur filmmakers.
Module 1: The Screenplay
What initiates the writing process, what formalities should be considered and how can one drive a creative idea forward to execution?
Module 2: Pre-production
What steps must be taken before shooting can begin? From storyboard, shot plan to location search.
Module 3: Production
The film is being shot... with light, sound and of course the camera...
Module 4: Post-production
The data storage devices are full, but now the data must be compiled into a finished product. Step by step to editing.
