Saarland was too humid and too warm

In Saarland, it has been rarely this warm and sunny since weather records began. At the same time, rainfall was the highest in over 20 years. This is based on reports from the German Weather Service and the recently published Hydrological Annual Report for Saarland covering 2023 to April 2024.
